Our Adult Cooking 101 Series is geared for those aged 16+. Throughout this series of classes, we will endeavour to assist you become more confident in the kitchen and help you develop your skills to become a more proficient home cook. In Class #3, we will focus on:

Learn 4 basic types of sauces: flour-based (bechemel/veloute), pureed sauce, a versatile vinaigrette using emulsion techniques and white wine pan sauce with tips on how to build and expand those basic sauces.
