One Pound of our award-winning gluten-free, fully cooked and frozen real cherry-wood smoked beef brisket, hand rubbed, smoked for 24 hours over real cherry wood and then hand sliced. Vac sealed – easy reheat at home! This product may be reheated in a frying pan with a lid using 1/4 cup water to steam, or simmered in the bag or even sous vide!
As always, our BBQ is always from scratch and smoked over real cherry wood on premises.
