Henley Honey started in Niagara in 2017. It is operated by a second generation beekeeper. The knowledge of beekeeping has been in our family for over 50 years. All of our honey is local, unpasteurized and is from the Short Hills and Rockway conservation area. Flavours change throughout the season from a light spring wildflower honey to an autumn full body goldenrod honey. Our yards are registered and we are a member of the Ontario Beekeepers Association.
