We started with tender Ontario pork, marinated it for 48 hours in fresh lemon, Greek spices and heart healthy canola oil, cooked it to perfection and paired this amazing creation with lemon butter orzo pasta with fresh local asparagus gently sauteed in fresh lemon and then we added almond slices and real parmesan cheese.  This meal even comes with tzatziki sauce!
