Brisket and mushroom Pie: Our famous 18-hour slow-smoked brisket with fresh mushrooms in a rich Guinness gravy all tucked into our handmade buttery flaky crust! This is a bake at-home pie – filling is fully cooked; you are going to cook to bake the pastry fresh!!!

Preheat oven to 350F – Place frozen pie on baking sheet, brush top of pastry with a beaten egg and place in oven for 60-75 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 165F
