Just a reminder that our hours have slightly changed for the summer season. We will only be open until 2 PM on a Wednesday as opposed to 6 PM. BIG NEWS!!!!! Saturday – 11 – 4 On Saturdays, we offer homemade flakies, buttertarts, Slushy Saturdays and our Market Grill, where Chef Casey will be cooking a Lunch Feature from our Market Grill from 12-4 pm.

Pre-orders for our lunches and suppers are always recommended; as you know, we have a zero food-waste policy here in the kitchen, and Chef Casey personally shops for and hand picks every single ingredient for use in our kitchen, buying only what is necessary for that week’s menu and a bit extra in case of last minute orders. But that’s it…when it’s gone, IT IS GONE. To avoid disappointment, please feel free to reserve your dishes early – not only does it ensure you get the meal you are looking for; it also helps with our meal prep and shopping trips as we cook from scratch. No deep fryer, no crock pots and no microwave in our kitchen. Just go old-fashioned home cooking with a professional flare. Family style with style is how we roll!!


Fresh Market Kitchen is pleased to remind you that our BBQ @ Home Packs are available for pickup from our Market Kitchen. In addition to our succulent Coconut Curry Chicken Skewers (all breast meat, dairy-free and gluten-free), this week we brought back our Chicken Souvlaki Skewers (all breast meat, dairy-free and gluten-free)!  As always, our Triple B Burgers (beef brisket and bacon, G.F.) and our Classic 1/2 LB Beef patties will also be available! All Things Bagel!

We love that you are enjoying the handmade bagels we carry from The Bagel Oven based in Beamsville, Ontario. This is a family-run business that specializes in handmade authentic Jewish bagels. To complement your bagels, we are also offering European cream cheese and delicious homemade hummus. Chef Casey makes her hummus with dried chick peas and the highest quality tahini available. If you know you’d like a larger volume of bagels for the week ahead, please get in touch asap so we can preorder those for you from The Bagel Oven and have them delivered fresh to our kitchen just for you for pickup Saturday. In the meantime, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday (while supplies last), shop our Market Kitchen and purchase freshly-frozen bagels for your home and save $1 per bag! We are offering single toasted bagels with our European cream cheese – available 11 AM – 2:00 PM Wednesday through Saturday. Grab a delicious and quick bite on the go! $3.50 each.

Other Refreshing and Fun Beverages

Birthday Cake and Java Chip Frappuccinos!  A Frappuccino is a blended ice beverage. Refreshing as heck and can be made with milk substitutions such as coconut milk, soy beverage and almond milk (hold the whip)!  Try a Java Chip, made with our housemade coffee ice cubes and chocolate or a birthday cake frappuccino. We also make our own lemonade and have a really refreshing Passion Tea Lemonade. We are also serving up Slushies (different flavour daily) and freezies made in-house!

Currently available Saturdays only now available in four flavours (Ontario Peach, Quebec Wild Blueberry, Raspberry and Ontario Sour Cherry) are our homemade Flakies – these are are generously filled with our housemade vanilla whipped cream with a lovely sprinkling of powdered sugar.  As we never make our whipped cream with animal-based stabilizers thus maintaining a vegetarian food item, these are only offered on a Saturday, but we will do our best to allow preorders of Flakies.  Just send us a text with your name and how many of each Flakie you’d like to (289) 426-0845.

This Saturday, again provided the weather is not extreme, Chef Casey will be at the outdoor Market Grill.  We are highly encouraging reservations EARLY so we can ensure we have enough supplies on-hand and everyone gets what they want! So grab yourself a delicious beverage, a buttertart or two (or six? we don’t judge and, hey, why not get 6 and save the tax!) or a housemade Flakie and stay for lunch!  Remember, although we don’t have outside seating, there is on-street parking and we are all pretty used to dining “en-auto” with the ever-changing Covid restrictions.  We also have some picnic blankets to borrow.

Did you know that we make our own ice cream and frozen yogurt? Made in our kitchen with love, small-batch mint chip and hot chocolate ice cream is currently available as well as frozen Raspberry Coconut Greek yogurt. Our frozen yogurt is made with creamy Greek yogurt, packed with protein and FULL of real fruit.

House cherry–wood smoked chicken and bacon salad wrap (Contains mayo, salt and pepper, green onion, celery, red grapes.) The wrap is packed full of juicy smoked chicken & bacon with fresh baby spinach on a fire-roasted 12″ tortilla.

Smoked Chicken Alfredo:

This is one of our most popular dishes!  PLEASE RESERVE EARLY!! Our house slow-smoked over real cherry wood chicken in a homemade creamy Alfredo sauce with penne pasta.  It’s creamy and cheesy and oh so dreamy!!  Served with preservative-free handmade house-baked French baguette.

House smoked all beef homemade meatloaf, which we bathe in our Midgett BBQ sauce, drape with bacon, crisp in the oven and slice and pile on fresh Challah bread, topped with housemade sweet bread and butter pickles and more Midgett BBQ sauce. Served with a portion of “The Bagel Oven” bagel chips and homemade hummus.
