Monday: Closed

Tuesday: Closed (but we are in the kitchen working on prep if you need us 10 – 2)

Wednesday: Closed.

Thursday: 11-6

Friday: 11 – 6

Saturday: 8 – 4 (Open at 8 for coffee – buttertarts and flakies available after 11 AM)

Sunday: 8 – 1:30 SUMMER SUNDAY BRUNCH!!!

Pre-orders for our lunches and suppers are NOT REQUIRED BUT ARE ALWAYS RECOMMENDED PLEASE; as you know, we have a zero food-waste policy here in the kitchen, and Chef Casey personally shops for and hand picks every single ingredient for use in our kitchen, buying only what is necessary for that week’s menu and a bit extra in case of last minute orders. But that’s it…when it’s gone, IT IS GONE. To avoid disappointment, please feel free to reserve your dishes early – not only does it ensure you get the meal you are looking for; it also helps with our team meal prep and limit shopping trips as we cook from scratch. No deep fryer, no crock pots and no microwave in our kitchen. Just good old-fashioned home cooking of quality ingredients with a professional flare. Family style with style is how we roll!!

Enjoy a fresh rosemary ham and Swiss cheese sub piled high with fresh lettuce, vine-on tomato, red onion slices, mayo and our housemade sub sauce (prepared daily). Ask for your housemade garlic dill pickle!!!


Thursday, July 22, 2021:
Supper REHEAT AT HOME (served 4:00- 6:00 PM)

This evening’s meals will be freshly prepared, reheat at home.

Heat At Home “Pizza” Penne Pasta Bake:

Penne pasta with Italian sausage, pepperoni and sweet red pepper in a housemade San Marzano tomato pizza sauce topped with more sausage, more pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. (Bake at home 350F @ 20-30 mins)

Pop in the oven to reheat!!

Friday, July 23, 2021:

Chicken Flatbread $14:
Enjoy oven baked succulent boneless chicken, roasted red pepper, smooth Brie cheese, fresh greens, balsamic drizzle and housemade local garlic scape aioli mayo topped on a Naan bread and flash baked. Includes a pop.

Vegetarian Flatbread $14:
Enjoy roasted summer vegetables, roasted red peppers, smooth Brie cheese, fresh greens and housemade local garlic scape aioli mayo topped on a delicious Naan bread and grilled. Includes a pop.

Friday, July 23, 2021:
Supper (4:30- 6:00 PM )

Smoked Chicken Wings $16/order

One Pound of real cherry-wood smoked chicken wings tossed in our housemade “Midgett” bbq sauce. Served with crudite of carrots and celery and homemade bluecheese dip.
As always, our BBQ is always from scratch and smoked over real cherry wood on premises.  We leave the full Ontario jumbo chicken wing intact, never splitting our wings apart, preserving all of the natural juice in the meat).

Saturday July 24, 2021:

Our tender hand-cut Ontario pork, 48-hour marinated in freshly-squeezed lemon juice, light canola oil and hand-selected Greek spices – grilled to perfection and served on a warmed 12″ bun with lettuce, tomato, onion, feta and housemade Greek-yogurt based cucumber Tzatziki sauce (all GF EXCEPT the bun).

2 Slices of graham crusted thick-cut Italian loaf dipped in egg custard and pan fried w/ marshmallow fluff, sliced bruleed banana, mocha chocolate sauce & local maple syrup served w/ house breakfast potatoes.

Bubble Waffle $15.00

A huge housemade bubble waffle topped with fresh fruit, housemade vanilla whipped cream and local maple syrup served w/ house breakfast potatoes.

The best way to describe the taste of a Bubble Waffle is to say that it’s a breakfast that, incredibly, tastes like pancakes, waffles, and crepes combined


Fresh Market Kitchen is pleased to remind you that our BBQ @ Home Packs are available for pickup from our Market Kitchen. We have done all of the work and marinated our succulent Coconut Curry Chicken Skewers (all breast meat, dairy-free and gluten-free) and Chicken Souvlaki Skewers (all breast meat, dairy-free and gluten-free)!  All you have to do is grill them up and enjoy with your family and friends. All Things Bagel! – Fresh bagels are expected this week – The Bagel Oven has completed their move and are back making their delicious hand-made bagels, bagel chips and Challah Loaf bread. Our order will arrive in the kitchen Friday morning. We are expecting sesame seed, poppy seed, mixed seed, unseeded and assorted bags of 6 bagels each as well as their gorgeous crispy double-baked bagel chips.

Other Refreshing and Fun Beverages

Birthday Cake and Java Chip Frappuccinos!  A Frappuccino is a blended ice beverage. Refreshing as heck and can be made with milk substitutions such as coconut milk, soy beverage and almond milk (hold the whip)!  Try a Java Chip, made with our housemade coffee ice cubes and chocolate or a birthday cake frappuccino. You MUST try a S’Mores Frappuccino…..AMAZING!!!! We make our own lemonade and have a new iced tea for you to try – Rosehip Hibiscus iced tea sweetened to order.

Homemade Flakies are currently available Saturdays and Sundays (as supplies last) and are now available in SIX flavours (Ontario Peach, Quebec Wild Blueberry, Raspberry, Ontario Sour Cherry, Nutella with chocolate buttons and New LEMON CURD) – these are are generously filled with our housemade vanilla whipped cream with a lovely sprinkling of powdered sugar.  As we never make our whipped cream with animal-based stabilizers thus maintaining a vegetarian food item, these are only offered on a Saturday and Sunday (as supplies last), but we will do our best to allow preorders of Flakies.  Just send us a text with your name and how many of each Flakie you’d like to (289) 426-0845.
