Menu for week of January 25 – 30, 2021

We have launched our new website with reservation capabilities.  You are now able to browse our in-stock items, reserve what you would like and arrange a date and time for pickup from our kitchen.  It’s easy to use, and you do not require a credit card or PayPal account to reserve; payment will be taken at the kitchen.   With 24 hours’ notice, you may request your frozen meal be safely thawed for your pickup – you will then just need to quickly reheat your meal at home!  Our website is or here’s a quick link to get you started…

This week, we are focusing on pickling this week – cauliflower, beets, red onion and jalapenos and jarring more of our delicious gluten-free Midget BBQ sauce and, as such, there will not be a live hot cook Wednesday, Thursday or Friday evening this week.  We will be taking reservations for the lunch meal Thursday and Friday to be picked up for your supper those evenings.  We also have many delicious fully cooked meals in the freezer.

Soup and Sandwich 

Sandwich:  Beef on Weck (Tasted so nice, we have to do it twice!!) Thinly-sliced, perfectly medium-rare in-house oven-roasted beef topped with housemade horseradish sauce served a toasted Kaiser topped with black sesame seeds and coarse sea salt; includes a side of warm beef jus for dipping and one of our very own local garlic dill pickles $10.00 – this was so popular last Thursday, we decided to run it again so if you missed out, here is your chance again!
