Wednesday: Closed. (This is so that we can begin offering our Wednesday Night Ladies’ Night Private Chef Classes – First 2 dates have been released on our website!!)
Thursday: 11-6
Friday: 11 – 6
Saturday: 8 – 4 (Open at 8 for coffee – buttertarts and flakies available after 11 AM) THIS SATURDAY IS OUR SECOND OPEN AIR MARKET OF THE 2021 SEASON!! 10 AM – 2 PM
Sunday: 8 – 1:30 SUMMER SUNDAY BRUNCH!!! Have you tried our BRAND NEW FRENCH TOAST MENU ITEM? This Sunday is your chance, before Summer Sunday Brunch ends on September 5th!!!
THIS WEEK WILL BE A PICKLING WEEK! Chef Casey is so excited to receive the best of the local bounty from Wyatt’s Produce Stand this week and will be working very hard to get every last morsel pickled for all to enjoy over the coming winter months. Therefore, only lunches (no hot evening meal) will be available Thursday and Friday this week to allow the time required to undertake this massive project – our Prep Chef Colleen will be crafting Grab N Go sandwiches and salads that will make your family happy AND keep you out of your hot kitchens on Thursday and Friday!
Private Chef Classes are beginning next week, August 18th. There are just a couple of spots left to reserve your place in the kitchen to participate in our Wednesday Ladies’ Night Private Chef classes. This Saturday, we have, once again, assembled more of our top Local Artisan Market vendors to showcase their handmade crafts for sale in our outdoor market area from 10 AM until 2 PM – come by, say hello to your favourite vendors and support local! Our open-air market features a diversity of independent artisans & makers from Haldimand County! More than a Flea, we are an Artisan Market. We focus on entrepreneurs who are thinking, making & doing. We are curating local vendors with handmade crafts, jewelry as well as other handmade recycled and repurposed treasures by the artisan themselves. Nana B’s storytime pillows and Lake Erie Beach Glass Artworks will be available as well as other vendors such as Blue Heron Crafts’ handknitted items and hand-crafted driftwood decor and our mitten lady!!!!!!!! We are continuing to keep the market offering on the smaller side in order to safely adhere to Covid restrictions and all Covid protocols will be in place, encouraging social distancing and masking while walking through the vendors’ area. But be assured there will be lots to see and choose from!!! Get a jump on your holiday shopping while supporting your local crafters. Chef Casey and Caveman will be in the Outdoor Market Grill area making you some delicious and original flatbread “pizzas” to fill your hungry tummies – which will you choose? The Chicken Caesar?? Maybe a Roasted Veggie flatbread? How about our scratchmade Pulled Pork flatbread??? Come by, say hi and support your local crafters and everyone you love at Fresh Market Kitchen.

This Saturday’s Lunch Market Grill Feature is personal wood-oven flatbreads!
We are firing up our outdoor wood-burning Tuscan oven and making personal flatbreads – delicious Naan bread topped many different ways (Vegetarian, and Meat options)
Options:
Chicken Caesar: Housemade Caesar dressing, lemon marinated chicken, parmigiano reggiano cheese topped with shredded romaine lettuce and more Caesar dressing on top! (This week, we will make our Caesar dressing without the addition of anchovy)
Veggie: Housemade local garlic scape aioli, roasted veggies (eggplant, red pepper, red onion, zucchini), roasted red peppers, brie cheese topped with fresh mixed greens and a drizzle of housemade dressing.
Pulled Pork: Housemade Midgett BBQ sauce, our 18-hour slow-smoked pulled pork and mozzarella cheese topped with fresh housemade pickle.
